Technical Care and Environmental Protection Foundation (TCEPF) is dedicated to:
- Providing technical education and training to both graduate and non graduate youths in Tanzania.
- Bringing about agricultural revolution in Tanzania.
- Fostering on environmental protection and conservation in Tanzania.
- Supporting youths both graduates and non graduates in the field of engineering and technical fields on self employment so as to reduce the rate of unemployment in Tanzania.
